The Philippine Leprosy Mission’s initiative, Partners in Leprosy
Action (PILA) was selected as one of the final 25 Social Innovation in Health Initiative (SIHI) cases.
The 25 selected initiatives present high impact solutions that have been able to improve the care delivered to people affected by neglected tropical and infectious diseases.
The SIHI is a collaboration of the University of Cape Town and the University of Oxford, with technical and financial support from the Special Programme for Research and Training in Tropical Diseases (TDR) at the World Health Organization.”
