The Community Services and Christian Ministry Development Program’s (CSCMD) primary aim is to re-integrate Persons with Leprosy (PWLs) and Persons Affected by Leprosy (PALs) into the communities where they belong. The program aims to improve their capacity to change their situation towards empowerment and eventual transformation.

PLM began this program with an initial five partners in 1998, which has now grown to seventeen. This number is composed of ten People’s Organizations and Cooperatives, five Church-Based Organizations, and two Institution-Based Organizations. An estimated 700 families of PWLs and PALs are being served by this program.
